Voice Agents

Make every call move work forward.

Answer incoming calls and make purposeful outbound calls. Voice Agents capture structured details, prepare a summary and pass the next action to the right system or person.

Where Voice Agents help

Voice works best for short, repeatable conversations with a clear outcome: a booking request, a status update or an answer to an agreed question.

Inbound reception

Answer routine questions, take messages outside opening hours and collect the details reception needs before a call-back.

Dental & Healthcare

Outbound status calls

Call drivers, suppliers or customers to collect a status, an arrival estimate or a confirmation, following agreed calling rules.

Structured call records

Turn each call into fields, a short summary and a follow-up task, and flag anything uncertain for a person to check.

Outbound calls with a purpose.

We design outbound workflows around one question and one outcome, with agreed calling windows, retry rules and escalation to a person.

  • Collect a driver status, an arrival estimate or an answer to an agreed follow-up question.
  • Record the outcome as structured data and a short summary for the team.
  • Escalate refusals, conflicting answers or sensitive topics to the right person.

How a call becomes an update

An example outbound status call. Fictional data; the questions, rules and approvals are agreed for each implementation.

  1. Place or answer the call

The agent calls the driver assigned to delivery POD-1048 within the agreed calling window.

  2. Ask the agreed questions

It asks for the current status and expected departure, and confirms what it heard.

  3. Record structured details

Status, time estimate and any problem are saved as fields with a call summary.

  4. Update or escalate

Dispatch receives a prepared update. A delay or conflicting answer is sent for review.

Calls follow agreed rules

Voice Agents introduce themselves as automated assistants and stay within the questions and actions agreed for the workflow.

  • Agree who may be called, when, how often and what the agent may say.
  • Transfer or schedule a call-back when the caller asks for a person.
  • Flag low-confidence answers instead of writing them to your systems.
  • Keep recordings and transcripts only where agreed, for the agreed period.

Common questions

Yes. Transfer, call-back and message-taking rules are part of the design. The agent hands over whenever the caller asks or the conversation leaves its agreed scope.

Language support depends on the speech and model providers selected for the project. We test the agreed languages and accents with real call examples before launch.

Calls can usually be forwarded from your current number or routed through your telephony provider. The setup is confirmed during scoping.

We choose the model and provider for each task during scoping, based on the language, accuracy, latency and data-handling requirements. The workflow is not tied to one provider, so a step can be changed later if the agreed requirements change.
