Platform overview

AI agents connected to your operation

Multibot designs, connects and supports AI agents that complete real work: answering enquiries, handling calls, processing documents and carrying longer tasks across your systems.

How we deliver an implementation

Multibot designs, integrates and supports the implementation with your team. Scope, systems, checks and success measures are agreed for each project.

01

Design & build

We map the process, agree the instructions and define the checks before connecting an agent.

02

Connect & automate

We connect the agreed systems and test every action the agent may take with real examples.

03

Monitor & improve

We review outcomes and exceptions with your team and validate changes before rollout.

Knowledge & instructions

Knowledge & instructions

Give agents approved business knowledge and clear instructions. We agree which sources they can use and how updates reach each workflow.

  • Use approved documents, service information and relevant system records.
  • Agree who maintains knowledge and how changes are checked.
  • Define what the agent can answer, what it must verify and when a person takes over.

Operating controls

Route uncertain results and sensitive actions to the right person, with the context needed to decide.

  • Show the original request, relevant records and proposed action.
  • Pause sensitive updates until an authorised team member approves.
  • Record the decision and return the outcome to the workflow.

Common questions

Both. Multibot runs the agents and integrations, and our team designs, builds and supports each implementation with you. You do not need an in-house AI team.

Usually, if the system offers suitable API access or another agreed route. We confirm the available APIs, permissions and data during scoping, then implement and test each action against the agreed systems.

We choose the model and provider for each task during scoping, based on the language, accuracy, latency and data-handling requirements. The workflow is not tied to one provider, so a step can be changed later if the agreed requirements change.

It depends on the systems, data and approvals involved. After a discovery call we propose a scope with milestones, starting with one workflow that can be measured before it is extended.

Discovery call

Start with the work that slows you down.

Bring us a process, a recurring enquiry or a pile of documents. We will explore where agents fit and what a useful implementation needs.
