This license is for the purposes of operating, providing, securing, and improving the Services, developing new features and services, and for other legitimate business purposes of Multibot Limited, always in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This license continues as long as the Generated Content is stored with our Services, and may continue thereafter for residual backup copies, for data that has been aggregated or anonymized, or as required for our ongoing service provision and improvement efforts.

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over content you submit, post, upload, or share on our website or through our Services (“User Content”).

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in GBP or EUR, as selected at the point of purchase where available.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Generally, all purchases are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to a cooling-off period (e.g., 14 days) for certain purchases of digital services. This right may be lost if you have begun to use the service or if access to the service has commenced with your express consent. If you are unsatisfied with our Services for other reasons, please email us at support@multibot.ai. While we are not obligated to provide refunds outside of legal requirements, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
